Recieved my products package was undamaged and unopened after install and driving 100 miles+ check engine light remained on for bank one sensor one which was the whole reasoning for doing a replacement of all four. After contacting customer support to have the situation taken care of I was informed I would need to return the items first to receive a replacement. I didn’t want to return all four I simply wanted a replacement for one upstream oxygen sensor. Never again will I order
