Easy install, fit perfect for my 2002 TL. Seems like a good, quality motor. Will report back if it fails early, otherwise assume great product!

I replaced both rear assemblies on my 02 Acura TL. Both parts I had to install and reinstalled to get the bolts to line up. Not sure if the cables were routed wrong inside the door or what the issue was. But after reinstalling a couple of times on each side the holes lined up. I did actuate the motor and that seemed to help with the bolt hole alignment.

Since the upper holes on the mounting frame of the device were not machined into perfect positions, I had to cut off some metal from one hole to make it wider so that the device could be aligned with the positions of the original mounting bolts. This unexpected fix took most of the time of the whole installation operation.

It works fine. But for an Acura 3.2 TLS, the mounting screw holes for the motor attachment are off. You'll need some washer to secure 2 of the 3 mounting screws. No problems with fitting the glass with the attachment screws.
