Fit perfectly in my 2004 Dodge Dakota window goes up and down no issues. Everyone talking about it missing a helper spring? My stock unit didn’t have one either so it works perfect for me. I will be buying the passenger side unit as well.

I needed to disassemble the tracks and switch the direction of the arms and the upper mounting track. The motor functions well and after reassembly the assembly mounted fine.

The product works fine after installed the door showed up missing a spring and with untapped bolt holes. After taking out the spring from the old assembly and modifying the new one to accept it, I then had to tap holes that were missed during the manufacturing process. I was able to make it work but I feel like the manufacturer owes me two hours of time back for the corrections I had to make to their product.

The window regulator looks and operates great. The problem I had was the slot in the shaft that the return spring mounts on to it was to narrow and to make it fit, I had to use a die grinder with a cut off wheel and widen the slot so the window return spring would fit into the shaft. Once this was done, I couldn’t ask for a better window regulator. All the bolt hold lined up and the electrical connector was a perfect fit.
