The first one failed within 2 months, they replaced it for me free of charge and the second one lasted about 6 months. Currently broken again in the same way the first one did

I’ve been a full-time automotive technician for 41 years, and this is the worst quality worst fitting window regulator I’ve ever bought. Hardware was cheap manufacturing was cheap and it didn’t even fit correctly. I’ve used a premium before, but this was actually a terrible product in their line Would definitely not recommend for a BMW.

It got here fast! I thought I needed it but it turned out I could fix the jam in the window manually. I returned it, no problem!

To replace my old damage unable to roll up or down, self installed works great.

For bmwThe rubber pads were the window sets in the holder. Should have been a thicker mil. They are to flimsy.

A BMW regulator at the dealer is over $600 Bucks then there is the labor... figure $900 or so parts and labor. YIKES! I had both driver side and passenger side go out within a couple of days. Tail spin, I went to my mechanic. He told me to get the Dorman regulator but they were out of stock. And VOILA this handy-dandy regulator was under $60 Bucks. MY mechanic popped in the passenger side fist and found the parts from it were usable on the driver side. So for $140 Bucks, my windows work. The aftermarket one is a little slow but I am not complaining one bit.
