I ordered this actuator to replace a bad one on my 02 trailblazer…the first one was damaged and they swapped it out for a new one same day, and gave me like a month to return the bad one or get charged for both. I was very happy w the time of delivery and speed at which the exchange was handled

Had this professionally installed on passenger side in 2007 Chevy Trailblazer. Did not operate smoothly about 2 months after installation. Now 13 months later the assembly completely failed and we had to have it replaced. Very disappointing.

Took about 1 hour to install and it is a little slower than GM OEM. But waaaaay cheaper than dealership. We had driver side done at a local dealership for $800 and this passenger side is less than $200 in total (including labour). A full roll down and up is about 3-4 seconds slower than the manufacturer one but hey who cares about the few seconds roll up your windows. Save you tanks of fuel for a road trip. Have a good day people.
