The catalytic converter bolt flange pattern doesn’t match the bolt pattern on the upstream catalytic converter.

This part is packaged in two major pieces which clamp together. This is a great idea because it made the job a lot easier when you have to crawl around under the car. The gaskets are nice and thick compared to the original. The bolts which came with it were too large for me to use and I had to get a split flange to attach at the exhaust end because of the rust on the middle muffler. I also had to get a new rear cat mount because I broke the stud. Everything is together now and running well.
