Awesome!!!!!! Great!!!!!!!! Fit like OEM and well made. Now I can drain and change my trans oil on my 2010 transit connect in between filter changes if needed. All trany pans should have a drain!!! Something the ford factory didn't do but the mazda factory does........?

Ford didn’t include a drain plug, but Mazda did. Otherwise the automatic transmissions are identical, so I installed this one on all my Ford Focus’ 2003/2004 and 2008 etc. now I have an easy to service transmission, still have to drop to change the filter occasionally but this makes more frequent drain and filling much easier, faster, and cleaner.

Why didn’t Ford spend a little more $$ and install one of these trans drain pans with drain plug from the factory? So they could sell you a transmission rebuild due to lack of maintenance from the Focus owner world.Enter the trans drain pan with plug arena. Purchased this for a 2010 Ford Focus (with the 4F27E transmission). Fits perfect and am now able to do a routine drain and refill as recommended without removing the trans pan.Purchased and used on a 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 Ford Focus. Can attest to the correct fitment on 2007-2011 Ford Focus’ equipped with the 4F27E transmissions.Only item purchased from the local transmission rebuild parts warehouse was a better trans pan gasket. It was of better quality, a little thicker and different material than a rubber gasket included with this kit.Highly recommend using this pan with drain plug. Make sure you use the correct Motocraft Transmission Fluid when refilling (either Mercon LV or Merc V depending on the year of the transmission) and a bottle of the correct Lubeguard additive. You won’t be disappointed.

Fits Ford Focus 2009.Tighten the Plug before installation! I changed the transmission fluid and the next day I noticed a leak from the drain plug.
