Le produit est parfait pour le traitement de l'eau de notre jacuzzi. Seul gros bémol, après trois mois d'attente, n'ayant toujours pas reçu ma commande, je l'ai annulée ! Retard dans la livraison mais 3 mois !!!! J'ai été remboursée sans problème !

I have used this for more than 10 years. It is effective and simple to use with one application per week. I use a small floating chlorine tablet through the week and do a shock about every 2-3 weeks.

I have been purchasing for more than 2 years. The last bottle was opaque and leaks when shaken. It was shipped taped across the top. Is this an old product?

This is the only product I would use in my spa,plus tiny tablet of chlorine. It is great for my skin and asthma.

I bought a new 580 gallon spa hot tub last January 2018. This is my first adventure with caring for a spa. I read so many reviews on spa chemicals and the maintenance required. I chose this product and I have never not ever had any issues keeping my spa balanced and sanitary. I’ve only had to change the water 1 time during this first year of ownership. I know it’s pricey to buy this chemical, but please trust me, you will not regret the easy maintenance you will have by using this product, plus it makes the water smell so nice keeping your chemicals balanced is so easy it’s mindless. If you are already using other products to maintain you spa, you will need to drain your spa and use the new start up procedure. You will need to buy the spa cleaning puck to use before draining. Sorry I ran on with my words. But I really like this product and cannot cheer enough. PS we have 5 sons who use this spa regularly.

No complaints but price to value ratio not great. Convenient one shot product, but maybe there are cheaper (if less convenient) ways to manage a spa.

I used to use many other chemicals. Choline, Bromin, and Free system. None of them work good like AquaFinesse. All other systems require put 4-7 different chemicals in the tab every 15 minutes and keep run the jets. Lots of work and time you need to finish. Also, pH was never stable and straggle to adjust, and water start smell and bubbly after one month or so, and have to change the water at least every 2 months or so. I was so tired. I tried AquaFinesse about one year ago. This is GREAPRODUCT!! I just use a chlorine tablet in floater regularly, weekly check pH, rinse the filter by water, and use QuaFinesse. ONly one chemical!!. I also use AruaFinesse filter cleaner every 1-2 month. It's simple and water is crystal clean. pH is pretty stable and most of the time, no need to adjust. I will never ever use other chemicals. It's not cheap, but really worth.

I've been using Aqua Finesse to help keep my hot tub clean and I'm very happy with the results it produces. I use it on a weekly basis after balancing PH and total alkalinity and it does a great job at preventing any biofilm from forming in the tub.I still use a small amount of chlorine sanitizer to keep my hot tub free of bacteria but not much is required when using Aquafinesse since it breaks down bioflim and allows the chlorine to work much more effectively.From reading other reviews about this product there seems to be a misconception that Aquafinesse can be used instead of chlorine (or another sanitiser) but that simply is not true. If you follow the instructions for Aquafinesse they confirm that sanitizer must still be used in conjunction with this product. You also should still be balancing PH and TA of your water on a weekly basis to prevent other issues.Having said that, the biggest benefit to using Aquafinesse is that it gets rid of any bioflim and allows the sanitiser to kill any bacteria that may be protected by biofilm. In general I find that it keeps the surfaces of my spa much cleaner in general and prevents minerals deposits from forming as well.Overall I highly recommend adding this to your maintenance routine, it will make your life much easier.
