I just bought 2 to replace our 22 year old Cannon aluminum paddles that weigh 39+oz. Never thought swing weight mattered that much since we only paddle 8 to 12 miles in flat water. Just christened these new 26oz paddles with a 9 mile trip on the Silver Springs river...some up stream . We could have paddled 20 more...no shoulder fatigue. It's a beautiful paddle too

The paddle is very lightweight, perfect blade for high angle paddling, and looks incredible. I could have gone down to a 220 cm, but the 230 works great for me all the same.

BEWARE- the color under the "sunwave" is actually the color Fuego. If you order based on the colors in this description you will get not get the color orange, fuego. Since I am being charged to return the paddle even thought the description is wrong, I never had the opportunity to use it.
