How to set temperature:
Place the heater rod inside the aquarium and keep fully submerged.
Plug in power and you can see the red light indicator on and LED digital number display current water temperature.
You can press and hold the button on the controller,Temperature control range: 63-94℉/17℃-34℃.
You need to press the button on the controller again and again to adjust the temperature until the screen displaying the temp you desired.
The heater begins to heat.

6. The inside of the product is composed of glass and quartz sand. If the glass is broken and the quartz sand leaks due to long-term use or damage in the transportation diagram, turn off the power first. Please be assured that the substance will not cause any harm to aquatic organisms, and we will send you a new product!

Unfortunately didn't last a year. Had high hopes. Easy to use and set up worked great the just stopped working. Always kept submerged and followed directions.

Didn’t think I would get used to the steady red glow of the temp, but after concealing with plants is fine has been keeping steady 77-78 temp 56 gal

This Heater is better than described. I have had it for a week put it on 78 and it has been reading 77-78. I have another temperature gauge and it reads the same. This one sales for three times less than the one I replaced. You cant go wrong with this Heater.

I received this heater yesterday and I immediately set it to 75 and it’s been staying at or around that temperature since. It states that you set it to a maximum temperature and it switches off once reaching that temperature until it needs to turn on again to get back to the appropriate temp. This heater is currently running in my 55 gallon and as of now it’s my favorite heater and I’m considering upgrading all my tanks to it (I have 13). At this price point this is the best one I’ve found on Amazon with a digital display.

Suction is great, it's durable, the heat level was on point, and overall it was a good value for the money. The size was good. It was a littke bigger than I had expected. It did start to smoke when I cleaned out the fish tank and forgot to unplug it. It smoked and the plastic melted.

Received the heater & used it immediately. It rworks well to regulate the water temperature perfectly. It is a good value, much cheaper than my local pet store. I like the red temperature display led I csn see it from the next room.

Temp set at 80 but not accurate as the water is a bit cooler. I set the temp up a bit to see if it warms my 75 gallon tank. I purchased the 500watt so it should be fairly accurate. So far I’m not impressed. Cool idea being able to set the temp from outside the tank though.
