It’s perfect for my compact portrait tank. I have some guppies in there and a few of them love to hide— they seem to really like this! Does need to be cleaned a bit frequently, as the little holes accumulate gunk pretty fast. But it’s great for the price and is very sturdy!

This ornament looks great in my tank and works perfect to hide the heater or filter suction tube. Just don't put it too close so they can do their job. I wish I had bought the bigger one for my tank which is a 36 gallon bow front. I'm really happy with the product.

I my orders came in few days ago and decided to wash them in a bucket of warm water before placing them into my parents fish tank. I let them soak for a night and the next day there was a very strong odor coming from the decorations; I purchased a Green (medium) and a Red (large). l’m going to let them sit for a few more days in the bucket and hope that the smell disappears, if not I’m returning them out concern for our fishes.Update: Smell is mostly gone after 3-4 days of soaking.
