Being a koi pond owner, I have quickly realized that the products used to keep things running well need consistent monitoring and replacement. The AS water treatment dosing system works well, and the replacement pump cartridge was easy to replace. Works great.

I have to replace this part about once a year. It's not really expensive so I don't mind. Installation is a snap. Pull the old one out and snap the new one in, that's it.

The two clear plastic tubes are stiff and I could not detach the old ones without breaking the black plastic fittings they go onto. In the end I had to buy an entire new controller as the broken piece could not be repaired.
