After putting the pond together and discovering a leak in the skimmer, we discovered the skimmer was defective: missing anchors for the screws that screws the Face Plate onto the Skimmer. We knew they were missing but just figured there was a reason for it. The seller will only "replace" the defective item, not refund. Nor will they reimburse for the cut liner (must be cut for the face plate hole). It will take another 2 weeks before a replacement Skimmer will come. I ordered a different Skimmer that came today and another liner that will come tomorrow. Wish they would just reimburse me a portion of the cost.We were hoping to have this all put together and running before the 4th of July.
