Helped solve a problem with new, expensive skates when the inside foam padding simply didn't fit. The gel pads saved my lower ankle bone from rubbing against the inner side of the skate boot. The gel pads were a necessary addition and they work well.

I've been figure skating for 20 years so my feet aren't the best.. I was looking for something to put on bone spurs I have on the inside of my feet right below my ankle to protect them from rubbing against the boots. I already wear bunga pads (or gel sleeves if you don't know what those are) but the older I get, the more padding I need for that specific area. These have been amazing! You might have some issues with them staying in place if you're putting them directly on the skin, but that's nothing that some medical tape can't fix! If you put them on your sock instead, you shouldn't have any issues. Will definitely repurchase when needed!

fell off the first time I tried to put them on and wouldn't stick again. Pretty much worthless. Threw them away.

They do not stick to the inside of the skates; they peel off as soon as you try to put your foot in. Useless.

Worked like a charm for ski boots, but a little hard to keep in place. I may need to invest in socks with stitched-in gel pads.

I used these in my ice skates. They worked ok as far as preventing skate bite, however, they aren't as sticky as I would like. The gels move when putting skates on|off.
