Installation steps - (Wear gloves to keep bulb hygienic). If the installation is abnormal, Araca will provide you with installation guidance.
How to extend the life of the projector bulb
1. After the shutdown, only wait for the fan to stop before disconnecting the power.
2. After turning off the projector, wait at least 60 minutes to reboot.
3. Do not disconnect the power directly during use.
4. No more than 4 hours each use time.
5. Make sure there are no obstacles around the projector to allow the projector to dissipating heat normally.
6. Regularly clean the dust inside the projector and the bulb, otherwise the elevated temperature will cause the projector shut down automatically to protect it.

After only 124 hours of run time, this bulb had a failure where the internal glass piece split in half. It was entirely contained but the bulb obviously doesn't light anymore. We will see if they're 200 day warranty is actually real, if it is I will update this review

Don't buy the cheap bulbs, they are not bright enough, this one is as close to the original as they come, and the service I received was impressive. I would highly recommend this company.

Worked as described and appeared to be a much more plug and play option than others out there. It was packaged very nicely and sent very quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to order again when the time comes.

I bought it as a spare a few months ago, it worked 2 weeks and 50h after installing it...The projector turned black screen and that was it.May be a faulty one but highly disappointed at the moment.---UPDATE : after a few weeks to receive a new one, it's now been working fine for a couple hundred hours.The screen is brighter than the original one but that's actually to our liking.

NEWEST Review:I have dropped this product down to 2 stars because even though the seller (see the other update from the original) replaced the one that failed shortly after using it, this replacement only lasted under 3,500 equivalent total hours, and when it failed, it didn't just die, it exploded inside my projector. Mind you, my fan still worked and I had no prior issues before this brand of bulbs. My original lamp went WAY over the expected life, to my complete surprise (see original review that it is mentioned)...so, while using this and the original purchased bulb from this seller, in my projector the way I always had used it, quite frequently throughout the day, for work, I still did not see anywhere near the expected total life from the bulb. So, I'm completely disappointed and will not buy another one from this seller. By the way, the original offer to replace their first failed one was including reimbursement, which they did not provide me for...and because I was happy they offered a replacement bulb and sent it out fairly quickly, I didn't fuss over their offer not being completely fulfilled by the reimbursement on top of the replacement. Now, I wish I had taken them up on it. Oh well, a bit late now, I suppose.Updated review (with original below):The bulb failed after less than 300 hours use, but the seller /manufacturer reached out and then sent me a replacement. I have only been using it for a few days now that it arrived, so I'll have to see how it will hold up from here. I am certainly glad for them standing by their product, reaching out, and offering the solution with the replacement bulb .---original review---I didn't end up using this bulb until about 9 months after buying it. I bought it back then thinking my original bulb was almost at its max time. Well, I was wrong...but now that my original bulb burned out, after a whopping 8000+ hours of equivalent use, I finally needed to use this bulb that I had purchased in July last year. Well, it was great while it lasted, which wasn't for long. Burned out after only around 300 (yeah, 3 "hundred", NOT thousand) hours. Complete waste of money for someone on a budget. Good luck if you buy one too. Only if I can get resolution from the manufacturer on this (which I doubt), I'll update this review.

Worked very well for about two months, and then stopped working. I actually tested this bulb in my second projector (same model), and that projector stopped working as well.

The bulb overheats and shuts the unit down within 10 minutes of turning on.Blew out all of the dust. It’s not a dust problem. It’s a bulb problem.—————————After leaving this review the manufacturer messaged me and promptly sent a replacement. They didn’t ask me insulting questions like “are you sure you installed it correctly” or “did you blow out the inside”.They simply sent a new bulb without request the return of the faulty bulb.Installed the replacement bulb and it works like a charm!!! The only reason it’s not 5 of 5 now is because the first item was faulty.Definitely recommend this seller as customer service is tremendous!

My projector was turning off after 5 min of run time. Wasn't really sure what the issue was but took a chance on this bulb as a replacement. The OEM was over $200 and a new projector was $350 so didn't make sense to get the OEM bulb, just get a whole new projector(but I hate waste, the projector was in fine shape). So this bulb makes it worth doing the replacement. The bulb arrived in 3 days, I opened the projector and installed the new bulb with no issue what so ever, perfect fit. Projector runs like normal now and has been doing fine for the past 5 days. Not sure what the lifetime will be.

The OEM bulb in this aftermarket lamp makes a big difference. It is noticeably brighter than the third party bulbs and looks just like the one that came with the projector. I can't speak to the longevity of the lamp yet.

Fit perfectly, but when you power it up for the first time it will warm up slowly. It will be dim, then it will warm up to full brightness. After a few hours of use this will be less noticeable. Sort of a break in period for lack of a better term. Be sure to clean up the inside of the projector before or while replacing the bulb. The original bulb made it to 5000 plus hours; hopefully this one can do the same. I'll be happy with 4000 as that will be plenty of time to research a upgraded replacement.

The power pins in the connector are not the correct size so I had to bend them a bit to may good contact with the body connector sockets. The pins should be one size larger for a snug fit. The bulb is bright and works very well in the projector. I would buy again. Just be aware that the power pins don't make good contact out of the box and the connector will feel loose and may fall out of the body connector if you run the projector upside down below the ceiling. I would have given 5 star except for the minor pin adjustment required for a good fit. Thank you.
