Three Step Installation
1. Take off the original manual car lever knob and remove the aluminum alloy cover at the bottom of the shift head.
2. Find the black rubber cover in the accessories with the moderate size of the shift bar and install it on the shift bar.
3. Put the shift knob on the rubber adapter. And then tighten the small screw on by screwdriver. Lastly, tighten the aluminum alloy cover bottom of the shift head.

Screws strip easily, rattles and not all fittings given fit each model. Had to fill knob with puddy like substance to get it to stay and not rattle loose all the time.

I bought this item the second time thinking I may have over estimated the item because it was suppose to be universal for my type of vehicle. The parts that came with it and the base of the knob just wouldn’t work. It was still loose and wasn’t able to secure the bottom piece of the knob all the way. Was also hard to remove screws and inserts that I had to forcefully pull out the knob. Great looking item. Just not made for my vehicle. May made to change the universal part or remove Honda Civic on there.

The provided set/grub screws are too short to support 8mm shifter rods. For a secure fit to an 8mm rod, you'll need to use three of your own M5x8mm set/grub screws. The product otherwise seems fine so far.

Attaches fine, but it's taller than my stock knob, and didn't leave much room for my fingers between the shifter and my dash when shifting 1/3/5. That's not really the knob's fault though. More of a small car issue.A little disappointed with the PU leather texture. It's much smoother than the picture. Basically, if not flat. Also has a very pungent urethane smell fresh out of the package. I assume that would fade over time.Stitching looks pretty uniform all the way around.Top plastic piece is probably my biggest gripe. It was not level. It also has dried glue poking up around all the edges, as well as a thread end that is glued to the inner rim.Overall, it's a $13 shift knob, so take my criticisms with a grain of salt. From further away it looks pretty good, and it's not like anyone in your passenger seat is going to be taking a magnifying glass to it.
