One of my gas pistons failed on my camper awning because the pot metal end shattered.I purchased these and was happy to see the ends were better made. Good replacement item.

I purchased these for a generator enclosure,the first set were to short, so I contacted the seller and they recommended a 100 pound set which I knew were to strong so I ordered the 87 pound set and they work well, but they came without mounting hardware,the seller said that set did not include the hardware , so I had to place a second order.If you are considering these I would recommend you watch all the videos and get all your sizes and weight correct and make sure that they come with hardware that will work with your application, THEN call and get a confirmation so you can exchange if needed , they come in a large variety and the sellers advise was not very accurate but they will get back to you with assistance .I would purchase again
