I have not had to use this yet, but it is very sturdy as advertised and given the other peoples reviews who have used it I am confident it will work when I need it to.

One of those purchases that you may need, but hope to never have to use. Loaded in my truck just in case. ARB seems to be fairly well regarded in the industry for their off road products, so I went name brand over generic. One thing the Aussie's know is 4x4 gear. Maxtrax were also considered, but unavailable at the time of purchase. I will need to figure out a mount for them in my Ram 1500. Seems really well built and other reviews are similar.

Excellent quality and reasonably priced. These are very heavy duty. The ARB board mounts, sold separately, are easy to install and very functional too.

So I purposely got stuck in a snow bank. And was stuck up to the frame. I dig out the tires, stuck the boards under the tires. But couldn’t get them to catch. Maybe I don’t know how to use them yet. But I put them under the front tires, got a quick tug from another truck and was right out. The boards did help a lot with a tug. And the leashes really helped me find them after I was recovered.The lugs didn’t melt at all even though I spun my wheels a little bit.Overall good quality. The shovel works but the handles are awkward. The treads don’t melt with wheels spin.Snow might not be the best.Sand might be a lot better use.

Solid build quality. Haven't used them yet but it feels very solid. Should hold up no problem. Love the recovery straps!
