Yeah, disassemble every last thing, pry headphones apart, cut the leather band, purchase split ring pliers. So much jankier than expected & the Arc rail amount is slightly undersized of spec.

The clips that mount to the cups broke on first use.

Love these things! Not made of cheap breakable plastic like some I've used in the past. The only problem I had was they were not real secure in the ARC rails on my helmet. They would move with a little pressure. The way I fixed the problem was to put a drop of super glue on each side, very secure now. If I need to take them off my helmet in the future I think nail polish remover will break the super glue free. Overall 5 stars!
