I have bought two of these. One for now and a back up in case I drop from my stand. I’ve had no problems with either. You just have to keep watch on your screws and latch. But you should do this with all your equipment.

To start I have been using a STAN thumb archery release for about a year. I bought this release as a cheap backup. Pressure on the d loop clip is so light it released at about 10-15 lb on my draw cycle causing me to face punch myself. I started cycle again thinking it was me but again released at 10-15 lb on my draw. So unless you are shooting a 5-7lb compound bow this release is a blue paper weight. I’ll be returning this product.

I purchased this to try this type of release. I usually shoot trigger releases. This thing is awesome for the price.

I bought this Thumb release as a backup for my Carter Thumb release. Took six shoots, all bullsyes at Thirty yards. Smooth release and quiet, very happy with this Release. If you want a good Thumb release at less the cost buy this one, you won't be sorry.
