These are well made, elegant and functional.

They are solid and durable, with waxed threads and mostly straight shafts. One thing to note is that the quill ends are not sanded enough so they stick out more than they should, resulting in the arrows being deflected or damage to the bow hand.

These are great after trimming the feathers and removing the plastic shrink wrap and sanding the quill ends.I would have liked the quills to be sanded thinner but they're good for the price.Hope they make and stock some more just like this.

Not bad. The only issue is that they dont go in snuggled into the bow string. They will often fall out.

These are the best arrows I have ever used.

I was quite excited with the look of these arrows straight out of the box. I shoot traditional Chinese bows and wanted some arrows that looked authentic. These arrows are beautiful and definitely look the part. The feathers stand a bit taller and if using a thumbdraw, you might get some interference with the tail end of the feathers. This is also a heavy arrow at around 550 grains. This is perfect for 40# + Asiatic recurve bows as you run the risk of damaging a bow by using an arrow that is too light. Now the downsides are these arrows contain self nocks and they are very weak. Just a minor glancing hit will destroy the nock and the threads meant to support them. I destroyed 2 the very first day I pulled them out of the box. I will attempt to modify/repair them with glue on nocks. Another thing to note is the arrowheads are not replaceable but do carry some heft at 100 grains. As far as performance, the arrows are very straight flying, but with the extra weight you'll have to factor in a slower speed and shorter trajectory. At further distances you'll have to account for the arrow drop and aim accordingly. It would also be great if these arrows came in longer lengths to accommodate the longer draw lengths employed by thumbdraw technique. If I can manage to salvage my broken nocks with glue ons, I will purchase more. Another thing to note, these arrows can get lost in the grass easily, despite the white feathers. If you miss the target, keep your eye carefully on where they land. These arrows will burrow under the thatch and have you on your hands and knees combing through the grass.

Beautiful arrows. The feathers are not as dark as in the photos, but still look amazing. Being that no piece of bamboo is the same the arrows are slightly different thickness. Not to big of a problem because they all seemed to have the same amount of flex. Would not suggest these if you have a bag target because the heads tend to get caught when pulling them out. But it's not that big of a deal. Being glue on tips I was a little worried about how they would last. They were fine until I let my friends use them. They missed a lot and a lot of shots hit the wooden shed I am using as a back stop. The tips started coming loose after that. But it's not the arrows fault. No arrows are going to survive multiple impacts on hard targets without some kind of damadge. The shafts have held up beautifully though. The only one I broke was one I accidentally hit with another arrow. Not boasting, I just missed in the same place twice...One thing to look out for is the nocks cut into the shafts. Because of bamboo's grain structure, small "strands" will delaminate and if you aren't paying attention they will give you one hell of a splinter.Great arrows. I'm going to be testing out different arrows in the future but I'm probably going to get more of these

fletching is not secure on all arrows. I can see that some fletchings are barely in contact whit thethread.
