After about 50 shots, the bowstring snapped. Not durable for even the simplest shots. I will be inquiring for a refund. Do not purchase if you don't want it to break.

Much like the headline. Set up is easy for my kid to assemble and easy to use. Of the arrows included only one was flawed. The off colored fletching indicating how the arrow should be notched was positioned wrong, all of the others however were fine.

I used this bow for 2 days, shot about 200 arrows over that time, and the second day of use the frigging string snapped and popped me on the draw. I'm extremely disappointed but I'm so glad it happened to me and not my niece who I was teaching minutes before.This bow is very cheap, tbh, it was a good "getting back into archery" bow since I wasn't sure I wanted to invest, but now I know I just can't go cheap for archery, it's too dangerous. I'm highly disappointed, and not just in myself, bc there's no reason after 200 uses the string should have done that, even with a cheaper string. I am just novice enough not to know what to look for to be sure it wasn't operator error, but I'm pretty sure it's a manufacture issue. For that reason I don't suggest buying this product for minors, adults, purchase at your own risk, but if you're new you might want to get a more trustworthy brandHowever, the one star I had to give anyways can be directed to the arrows. I shot right above my target, it got about an inch deep into the tree and the arrow was good as new when I retrieved it! That was super impressive tbh, especially since I've seen so many comments about the arrow shaft shattering.

No way to contact seller or ask Amazon for a refund or replacement on this item. After just a month of use, 2-3 times a week, riser basically exploded, shearing the whole bow in half at the rest, luckily while in the closet and not in my hands. Sounded like a gun going off. Should be able to leave a takedown bow strung this long and with regular use without something like this happening.UPDATE 10/7: Upon reading my review, the seller contacted me and offered to replace the bow. Not only did they replace it, but they upgraded it to the next model up, sent the whole, set, not just a bow, and a second gift bow in addition. What company does that? Superior customer service, so I have amended my rating.

Everything was good, the only problem was ordered the 30lb bow but when it arrived it felt like only 15lb when shooting. So returned and got a refund.

Just the right size for beginning archery enthusiasts. Grandchildren, ages 17, 12, and 10 love it. A fun activity that the whole family enjoys. Great value for the money.
