Your cart is empty. The Arctic Air AMT60R prep table is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and interior floor to facilitate cleaning. Designed with two doors and two shelves, this piece of equipment can hold extra pans and bulk ingredients, and its doors are equipped with foamed-in-place recessed handles. Operators can remove and replace the magnetic door gaskets without tools. For user convenience, these swinging doors self-close and remain open at 90 degrees. The Arctic Air AMT60R mega-top refrigerator comes with a 9-inch-deep cutting board that measures 60 inches long. This piece of equipment can hold 24 sixth-size plastic food pans, and operators can easily control and read the temperature with its electronic thermostat and exterior LED display. For mobile applications, the refrigerator is equipped with casters, and two of them have locks for stationary use. The interior cabinet has an ABS liner and coved corners for facilitated cleaning.

Great unit. The only thing I don't like about it is the level of the shelf below the bins. lt is very shallow. They do supply bins that fit but they too are shallow with limited capacity. My old unit didn't have a shelf allowing us to use much larger bins.Other than this, I love it.
