works great for a quick seal/leak test as well as refill. If it doesn't maintain pressure, you've got a leak somewhere (need to ID by sound or by filling with fluid and pressurizing) and the refill is very quick and not messy. Super nice. Wish I'd gotten one much earlier in life for my DIY mechanic'ing of household vehicles.

Worked great until it didn’t. Don’t be fooled by the lifetime warranty their customer service is awful and when they get in touch they don’t have the item in stock to replace.

This made checking for leakage and refilling the system fast and easy. It feels well made and durable . I thought I would need a larger air compressor to pull a sufficient vacuum but my old Craftsman 1 1/2 HP worked just fine. I think it was money well spent for this tool.

I replaced my water pump on a Porsche and needed to readd coolant. This made it super easy to do. Just attach to the coolant reservoir, run air through it, turn off air to confirm it holds vacuum, then I run air again to confirm it's fully evacuated, then shut off air and open the coolant inlet and have it fill the system. Couldn't have been easier. Don't know how long it'll last but for the one use I needed it for it worked great.

I haved used this a couple of times so far on GM vehicles and it has worked perfectly to draw a vacuum on the cooling system and refill without air pockets. It is a quality made product and I think it will provide years of good service.

I work in a professional shop and we service all makes and models, I average about 5-10 cooling system services a week, and I was hesitant to use it at first, I started using it about 2 weeks ago (even though) I've had it for a lot longer than that, but I will NEVER not use it again, it saves time, (if you're flat rate, it pays for itself almost instantly) it prevents air pockets, it pulls the vacuum and it fills the system EXTREMELY fast. I cannot imagine working without it again. It's easy to use after the first 2-3 uses you're practically a pro. The ONLY complaint I can think of is the packaging, it's hard to close it back up once you've unpackaged it and used it.

I was surprised how easy it was to use, and it pulled vacuum in my 1990 VW Vanagon without a problem. The coolant hoses under the radiator were collapsed, and it sucked the coolant. First time to use a tool like this, and it went very well.To be honest, it was so easy that I was very worried I missed something, or messed something up. So far, so good! This tool is great if you don't want to make a mess, and want to cut down your wrenching time so you can enjoy more time with the family ;)
