There is apparently no quality control by Ariat. I received boots with missing stitches on the soles of both boots. As you can see in the pics, there are obvious empty holes where the stitches are missing. How did Ariat miss this? I returned them for a refund.

I really liked the looks of the boots, but unfortunately they arrived with scuffed heels, soles, and other signs of being used and previously worn. Returned for a refund.
