Overall the boots look to be well-constructed; however, as others have mentioned, zipping them up is extremely difficult in the ankle area. Also, beware if you have big calves. I wear a shoe size 7.5 and my calves are 14.5 inches at the largest point. I was just barely able get the zipper up but the boots were so tight that I doubted I'd be able to flex my heel downward while riding. Sadly, I must return them.
