I chose these specifically because they were listed as 100% cotton and was excited to receive them. I am very familiar with textiles and the minute I opened the package I felt the synthetic fibers. I tried them on and they're rough synthetic pants. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!I even ordered up sizes to accommodate for any shrinkage common with 100% cotton so they're ridiculously MASSIVE!It's incredibly irresponsible to mislabel the fabric content of a garment just to get people to buy it. Many have reactions to synthetic fibers, such as myself, and I never would have chosen these. They're not even a cotton blend with at least 50% percent cotton.These are dumpy and itchy. Definitely NOT the quality scrubs I've worn for many years of my life. They are WAY overpriced for what you receive, as it's poor quality and not even as described.I DO NOT RECCOMEND!

worn for a 12 hour shift as a patient care tech. 24 inch waist and 36 inch hip, the XS and it fit well, just loose at the waist.Pros--Durable-Appeared to be well constructed. Serged edges, no loose strings.-Lots of pockets of a respectable size. I could fit multiple "borrowed" flushes in there.-Dries quickly/slightly water resistant.-Does not attract dirt-The drawstring. Favorite feature. It's attached from the center back so it sucks in around the back of your waist more. Great for girls whose back curves a lot or for anyone skinny cinching it in. The knot can be undone quickly but only intentionally. The cord is slightly stretchy so it holds well in a simple bow, but it's still easy to undo in a hurry. It never came undone by accident.-Fits loose enough to not be restrictive, but it's not the potato sack walmart generic set.-Nice stretchy fabric. It's not legging level stretch, but it's enough to be comfortable. Makes the pockets more usable too.-Very breathable.Cons--Sizing was a hit or miss if you try to wing it off the Amazon size chart. Use the Ariat website's.-Only the right side has a zipper and back pocket. I didn't use either so I don't really care, but a pocket-loving leftie might prefer a more symmetrical optionOverall, happy with my pants and have banished the previous pair to "I forgot to do laundry" status. I am seriously considering buying the clara top to match.

I'm pretty familiar with the ariat brand, so when I got the chance to try out their scrubs I knew they were not to be missed! Sometimes I can get away with wearing a well designed pair of scrub pants to my office if I'm strategic about the rest of my outfit. I love those days because I'm comfortable and have pockets!Ariat did really well with these pants! The fabric is wrinkle-free straight out of the dryer, and the pockets are not just plentiful, but BIG! I've never had such generous main pockets in a pair of women's pants. My WHOLE hands fit in the main pockets all the way down to my wrists! It's awesome!The waistband is comfortable and the fabric feels substantial while still draping nicely.My quibbles are few. I didn't think the description "stretch utility" matched the fabric "100% cotton" that the listing claimed at the time of my order. But I managed that by visiting the Ariat website and reading their description of the "Nightingale" there. I used that size chart too since these were Small/Med/Large and the size chart provided was numerical. That's where my other minor quibble is. I'm a short gal, and usually wear a U.S. 12. So I ordered these in Large Petite. I LOVE the length! They're suitable for sneakers, but if I wear them to the office I can sneak in some heels too. But the legs (and maybe it's because I ordered "petite" are super slim. I'm a weightlifter with bone-crushing thigh meat, and these are just way too slim in the legs for me. They're still super comfortable! And everything else fits great, but I really wish I'd ordered an XL just to accommodate my legs better. So consider this if you're my weightlifting sisters, but otherwise, just enjoy. They're great!

These utility/scrubs pants from Ariat are excellent quality. Right off the bat, the price is justified. Not only because of the well-known and established brand name, but also because of the obviously great quality and durability of the pants.I love a good cargo pant, and while these aren't exactly cargo pants, they're utility pants that could be used as scrubs as well. It has all of the pockets that you could need, all good sized. The material is protective agaisnt spills/liquids/wetness. As for the fit, I went with a medium and I shouldv'e went with a small just to have a little bit more of a "fitted" look, but they do still fit. I can wear them comfortably and they still look good. I just wish I got the small to get a more fitted style.Otherwise, these are great. Ariat is known for high quality and durability, No questions. Glad i got these. They are a great work pant for me.

These fit great, they match the size guide listed on the order page really closely. They are soft and comfortable on the inside, and look like durable scrubs on the outside. Love that one pocket is zipper-closed.
