Poor manufacturing/no quality control/missing parts.Seller's only contact is vox mail box which is full.Instructions are a copy of the wilco brand this is a knock off of, and doesn't even correspond to what they sent. Parts were missing. Some parts don't fit. Several parts are clearly not for this model (washers that do not correspond to bolts). Powder coating already flaking off.I had to drill one hole wider in order to get the safety pin to drop through. No lug nuts sent. Went to local auto parts store to get some.Bolts were easily stripped when i tried to install the tire, because all the weight of the tire is on one bolt until you can install the rest and nothing keeps it in place while you are attempting to lift the tire on. (yes, it kept falling out while i was trying to get the tire on. I finally got a friend to help hold it in place.)The plate to install the license plate on doesnt fit with my steely spare. Probably requires spacers they did not send. I ziptied my license plate to my spare tire rim.The pin meant to prevent the arm from swinging is too short to feed through the bottom of the hinge. It's laughable. The locking shackle has to be manually raised up because it slips down on its hinge in order for the handle to slide into place so the locking pin (the one i had to widen the holes for) can secure it.This is overpriced junk. I made it work because I had to have a spare tire solution immediately, and can't wait a few weeks for a reputable brand to send one. It will be replaced as soon as possible. Not recommended.
