When first ordered the lock did not work key would not insert into lock. Contacted the company and they sent out a new one and it was perfect (must have had some weird manufacturing issue w/the one —they didn’t request it but I sent the other back so they could test it). Great customer service from Fraden Lick Co, easy to install and works great.

None of the hardware stores had this style of lock. So I had to resort to Amazon. It installed quickly and perfectly.

Had lost one of my keys. Installing this was easier than trying to get someone to make a spare key for me. Didn't have to submit my Drivers license and other personal information to yet another place on the internet that might not protect it.

Of course, I lost my spare keys over the years to 4 stack-on cabinets, and I have been paranoid about losing the main keys at any time. I read the questions and saw they stated they can match keys if you purchase multiple locks at once. So, I purchased 4 lock sets and sure enough - all 4 had the same key cut!Just what I needed, one key to unlock them all and now have several backup keys without guessing which one is which. I did specifically order from Fradon lock company here, so I am not sure if every seller on here can match keys like Fradon did...The cost was almost on par for what a lot of companies are charging for just 2 keys without the lock sets.

Bought this about a year ago to replace cheap broken lock on my gun safe. I replaced it with ease and even with a decent amount of use it continues to work well and did not require replacing which the original lock did after a few months. Just be careful how you use the lock as the keys look a bit fragile.

I purchased a 18 gun Stack On gun cabinet at Lowe's at a great discount because the store had lost the keys. I called Stack On, explained the situation, and sent all the information, including proof of purchase, a photo of the safe and a scanned copy of my driver's license. They then informed me I'd need a notarized statement that I'm the owner of the cabinet and it would be $20 plus shipping for the replacement key. Also, it would take three plus weeks to send out. Great customer service, NOT!Ordered this on Tuesday and arrived Friday. Got the drill out and 10 minutes later this was installed and it works great. My wife called this company and they were GREAT and had it sent out the same day. Any comments that say that lockset is of not good quality I would say in not correct. For what it is as a replacement, it is great.Thanks for the great product and service!
