I purchased this in 2015 and the hose finally tore at the nozzle end today, 11/29/2019. The hose is stiff when the temperature drops. I used just the hose and nozzle/handle portion. I have an old 1980's Roof groundskeeper and this worked for me on it, along with an adapter.

The flexible hose easily comes off either end. It is difficult to tighten the hose clamps enough to keep the hose attached to either the suction nozzle/handle, or the plastic housing attached to the leaf shredder. The two bolts that attach the handle to the nozzle broke through the plastic nozzle. The hose becomes very stiff in temperatures below 40 degrees and it becomes a wrestling match between you and the hose.

I bought this last fall and never got to use it until April 2017. If I had the option I would return it, as it is extremely difficult to work with.Changing the connection to the MTD unit is easy enough, but it goes downhill quickly from there.-The hose is so stiff that you can forget about being able to use it beyond about one square yard of surface area.-Forget about attaching the handle, it will only make it more difficult to move the hose around.-the hose is so stiff that it will fall off at both ends, the handle and the mtd machine.-it helps to have two people do the work with this product, but both need to be strong enough to fight with the hose and with the power unit.This is a big disappointment, as it is a great idea. It is just executed horribly.

Man bought this last year i just try it out. This is way to stiff hard to bend a little around bushes. Only used it 2 times and give up. My son tried it to he said it makes him work harder just trying to bend it. Man there's was another 1 eby i wish i bought that was not hard to move around. It's stays here not sure what to do with it. May cut it up and let me cat play inside of it. Man i wish, i could send it back. It did fit on my machine.
