Easy to install and fits my 28" Craftsman snow thrower. Just line up the auger holes with the inner shaft and simply push the new shear pin though and secure with the cotter pin. The auger works 100% perfectly. I believe this pin will certainly fit all or at least most 2 stage Craftsman snow throwers. Five Star part!

Received them earlier than expected, already used it in my B&S 2 stage snow blower, fits well and one pin did its job to sacrifice itself to save auger. If needed, I will definitely buy it again.

These shear pins are the exact replacement to many snow blowers, including Troy Bilt, MTD. Huskee(home depot), Yard machines, Bolens, Yard Man and Sears. They fit most machines from 2005 and after. They come with a great cotter pin, more like a clip than a cotter pin style so no need for pliers to bend it and install. The price on Amazon is so much better than the retail price at the stores I visited in my local area. My Machine takes 8 so I bought two packages to have on hand. The picture shows regular cotter keys but all my packages came with clips. So i am clear on that. Looking forward to the first snow!

If you thought these were just regular pins that you would stick in a pin hole then you'll be incredibly happy to know that these pins are not just ordinary pins at all! "What," you ask, "makes these pins so special, Mark?" Well, I'll tell you, Mr. Review Reader Person! These pins shear when they encounter too much resistance! And save the equipment they are used on from damage! Oh my F'ing God! Isn't that the coolest thing ever? I couldn't believe it myself the first time I realized in amazement what these nifty little fella's could do!What will those brilliant scientists come up with next? A magical handle you could turn and water would come out a spout? Even if you were no where near a pond? I wouldn't put it past 'em!
