Screw backed out and ate the case, factory assembled part. This is after about 5 uses, no jumps or crashes.

If I wasn't a machinist I would have sent this garbage back. Tapped holes were not completely tapped. screws were rounded out. All the screws were different lengths some only in with a couple threads because the hole wasn't tapped right. I can't believe someone would put out such a poor quality product.
