Very quality product. It was well-packaged, arrived quickly, and is a great value. The weights have a good-sized knob that’s easy to grab. It even comes with tongs for handling them.I'm experimenting with fermented vegetables for the probiotic benefit and didn’t want to spend too much starting out. Since I got two sets for the price, it worked out perfectly. I was able to split my first batch and ferment each one for a different length of time to compare the taste. So far, I’m really pleased with this kit

This is a great kit at an affordable price. It contains everything you need to take regular jars and start your own fermentation journey. The weights are perfect to hold foods below the surface of your brine. The airlocks let air out without letting bacteria into the jar.
