My 10 year old grandson wanted this for his new room. The set up is cute and the size is perfect. He has enjoyed the concept and was fascinated by the small cherry tree

When I got the product, some of the pieces were broken. However, inside the box, there was a contact number in case any other pieces were broken and I contacted them. It did take them a week or two to respond but once they did, they shipped me a free new one and let me keep the old one as well. Since I had a good experience with their customer service line I believe that the product should be five stars.

The product and little accessories are beautiful! Unfortunately, my tray came cracked; however, customer service made it so easy to get a replacement. I emailed them a photo and they sent a new tray to me right away, no return required. I appreciate customer service like this and believe it should always be recognized. I look forward to chilling out and raking some sand once my replacement part is delivered.

A great little thing to play with…add miniature plants like succulents, knomes, a small Buddha, crystals, colorful stones, etc. can be a wonderful addition to a place to decompress after work.

Very fun! Helps me relax when my panic disorder spikes. Only thing is the cherry blossom tree doesn’t stand up by itself. I have to prop it up with the rocks. Also if you’re wondering what the brush is for, it’s to brush the sand off the bottoms of the decorations before you set them on your table for redecorating.

I was so excited when I opened the garden, I did see in the reviews it came damaged, I usually have good luck with that, but not this time. It had a small crack wich allowed the sand to leak

Artcome Japanese Zen Sand Garden for Desk with Rake, Stand, Rocks, and Mini Furnishing ArticlesI bought this set twice since the first one was so nice. The black rocks are nicely polished and smooth, but the second set had a broken piece and aren't quite as nice.) The figurines are nicely done. (The second set had 2 small spots of red paint beside the blue water, which is a bit distracting.) You shape the wired tree yourself. Bits of pink fluff had fallen off all over the place (could be wrapped to prevent this) so I had to extricate some off the moss rock and clean up the rest of the things. The sturdy metal tray has a nice pattern so it could have other uses. The tools are of OK quality. I had to glue the separator in place on both of the rakes that have extremely thin tines. There was an enclosed thank you note saying that if anything came broken to contact them, so the company would seem to try to have good customer service but I didn't contact them. (I have rocks and I'm going to just deal with the red paint marks.) I gave it 4 stars because of the issues above. I am happy with my zen garden.
