Too small. Falls apart.

I gave these as class rewards. Most young kids had never seen them before and enjoyed the novelty.

They are on the small side, but great for party favors for gift bags.

After a good amount of usage, these will start to wear out and the paper will unravel to a point where a yoyo is unusable. However, this comes with 24 so you can break some of them and still have a good amount left. Also, I recommend that you tape the red stick to make it more durable. Sometimes the stick part that looks like a straw will also break.

These are fairly well made, and have the right texture and weight of paper so they extend and contract fairly well. The stick is a plastic straw, so it doesn't have quite the same feel as a traditional one made with a wooden stick, but overall I'm reasonably happy with these "yo-yos". Where they fall short (literally) is in their size. The description says "six inches," but that is from the tip of the paper coil to the base of the stick. Overall it is about 3/4 the size of the ones that I grew up with. I was kind of aware that this might be the case when I ordered them, but they are definitely less fun than the larger ones because their full extension is only about 18 inches or two feet, so much less spectacular than a larger one. I think this is an unintended consequence of online commerce; you can't really tell the size just looking at the picture, and the manufacturer can save a few pennies by making them small. Someone out there please manufacture and clearly label a full sized Chinese yo-yo with a wooden stick and I will happily pay extra for it.

My granddaughter is two and a half and she LOVES these even though she’s really too young for them. There are lots of them in the package so if she destroys them there are plenty more, but honestly, they hold up pretty well considering the way she abuses them. You DO have to supervise really young kids with them because they have no sense at all, but that’s not the toy’s fault. Great diversion and lots of fun. Also a perfect party favor.

We used to get these at the Oktoberfest that the school held when my kids were little. They make great toys for the kittens. ( supervised of course ). We have now acquired three rescue kittens and it just occurred to me that I owe to see if I can order these online. The smallest package I could get was 25, but they will last a long time and it is a very cheap form of entertainment and exercise for the kittens. We love them. They would make great party favors for kids party as well
