-Packaging: No damage. Packaged very well.-Delivery time: Came very quickly.-Product: It's a great lunch box. Everything about it is good strong material except for the sandwich box. The lid to that doesn't stay on well (it's kinda cheap) but that's ok because I can always find another use for it. The bottle and ice pack is great. I use the bottle a lot for shaking up my energy powder / water and the ice pack I use a lot too.-Sender: I trust this sender.
