I bought my DTR650 used on eBay and the battery was pretty much dead by the end of my 12 hour shift. I looked for a new factory batteries, but they were either new/old stock or too expensive IMO. I got this battery and was surprised how long it lasts.

Wow I didn’t realize that there were aftermarket batteries for my old DTR’s. It’s nice to have a way to bring these secure digital spread-spectrum two-way radios back online. It charges as it should and the endurance is like the OE pack when it was new. I am very satisfied!

These batteries do not precisely fit the DTR 410, 550 or 650. They will insert into the body of the radio, but they are 1-2 mm too thick to allow the battery compartment door to be closed after the battery is inserted. The radios do work without the battery compartment door. So if you don't mind the poor cosmetics, the additional risk of dust/water intrusion and the non-fit of the holster, the battery will still work for you. But the company should not advertise these batteries as compatible when they are a different size. I would have returned them except that finding any replacement batteries for those radios is quite hard. I haven't used the batteries enough to know whether they have a reliable lifetime.

I got one of these for my Motorola i355 phones/talkies, charged great in the 6 bay charger and fit perfectly. Awesome having the higher capacity. Also, having a good battery providing enough amps helps maintain/increase the direct talk range.

I've been looking for a replacement battery for the Motorola NNTN4655B battery used in our old Motorola i365 phones. We used these old Nextel phones as two-way radios in Direct Talk mode at our construction sites. The original batteries in these phones barely hold a charge now. I found some "new" oem batteries on eBay but doubt they would work well since they were probably manufactured a long time ago (Motorola stopped making years ago).I stumbled upon these Artisan Power batteries and gave them a call to see if it would work for my phone even though it's not on the listing. They weren't sure it would be an exact replacement for the oem battery but the pictures looked pretty close so I gave it a try.To my surprise they are exactly the same! And since the cells they use are newer tech, it even has a higher capacity (2000 mAh vs oem's 1450 mAh). It's been a few months now and they have been working great. Our old batteries only lasted a few hours. Now they last all day and still haven't seen it say low battery yet. For anyone looking for a Motorola NNTN4655B battery, these are a perfect replacement!
