Applying a thin layer of silicone made it possible to for us to produce a bar tape that is of similar weight to our Gecko Grip, while retaining the grippiness and overall feel of a pure silicone tape.

I have an orange bike and was excited to find this orange bar tape. It looked great for a while, but now it yellow instead of orange. My bike is always stored indoors when I am not riding it, so it's not our in the sun or rain. I installed this last fall, so it really hasn't been exposed much at all since my riding is limited in the cooler months. A was a bit disappointed since I have always had great luck with Arundel products.This is thicker than most bar tape and was a little bit hard to install. It will probably never wear out since it is on a recumbent bike and I don't ever put my hands on the part of handlebar that have the tape on it.

Bought it at my local bike shop a day before a double century ride this weekend. Going back tomorrow to get another brand that provides grip. Looks great, but I sweat a lot and it rained during the ride. Oh crap! Not good!I complained about it to my friend I was riding with he had me grab his handlebars and it was great…provided the grip I was expecting.Don’t make the same mistake! If I could give it 0 stars I eould.

I really like the feel of this tape. Thick enough to be comfortable and grippy in all conditions. Way better than the original tape on my bike.

This tape wraps up nice and thick and provides great cushioning on my gravel bike. I’ve used the Arundel silicon tape before too and like that stuff as well but I prefer the Gecko Pave because of grip and style.
