Works great for Spam, but only if you prefer thicker Spam slices. It is thinner than almost all others, but still is not that thinness of slice one needs to fry their Spam than and crunchy.

Had similar product years ago. This one is too small and blades not sharp enough to cut through a ripe tomato without smashing it. So cheap, just tossed in trash.

Neat little tool for slicing cheese and other foods like more cheese and Spam. I do suggest that when cleaning it, you watch your fingers. No, I didn't learn the hard way. It's way neater and safer than using a knife.

I used to have one of these and it was great for slicing tomatoes. I used this one for the first time today and it was so dull it wouldn’t cut unless I pushed hard. The tomato ended up all smashed and in pieces - not the nice even slices I had wanted. I suppose it would work on a hard boiled egg, but I already have an excellent egg slicer. This one is now in the trash. What a waste!

I think this would probably be OK for slicing boiled eggs, tomatoes...but, it is definitely not ideal for cutting canned meat, i.e. SPAM, which was my intention. Its wasteful to say the least as it did not allow for a clean cut and the slicer did not go all the way thru to other end. Anyway, wouldn't recommend for this use.

This is what I was looking for a long time and I'm so happy with it I love it no more cutting tamatos with a knife yay and then now a couple months later I find the same one in a local store in my area
