I used this for steering on a 6 ft. kids boat. I put a switch in the rumper that changes it from RC/Digital, to Manual/Potentiometer. I have both hooked up at the same time and just flip the switch if a kid is driving and switch it back to RC if I want to run it via remote. Works Great.
