Pleasantly surprised. It works much better than the traditional tool pushing into your part using the cross slide.This tool looks cheap and almost frail, but it does work very well. Well worth the price.

I purchased this to knurl tool handles and thumb screws on my Grizzly lathe. I wondered if I would need to be concerned with work diameter to ensure a repeatable knurl pattern. After watching several YouTube videos for tips, I simply cramped this tool down firmly and the pattern repeated perfectly. I was also able to move the carriage along the work to create longer knurls, and the knurl pattern always tracked nicely regardess of the work diameter. Would definitely purchase this again.

At first I was skeptical about this tool due to its cost, but I ordered it anyway. I needed to put a knurled finish on some parts. After receiving it I quickly set it up in my lathe and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked!. The quality of the knurl was excellent and the quality of the tool far exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend this tool.

It works and does a good job on mild steel, I was little nervous about the feed rate and perhaps really messing up my part as the last operation was to knurl a section of it, but with a very low feed rate it came out beautiful.
