You will still get a day running light error message on the dashboard even though the light is on. This is the problem with this aftermarket DRL. However the DLR will be on at least.

Looks like the original car light which is good although the materials are of inferior quality.Having said that, it appears that quality control does not exist. The socket in the light is loose and once you try to plug the vehicle’s cable the socket falls inside the sealed light which renders the light useless. I complained and a free replacement was sent but I encountered the same problem and ended up throwing both lights in the garbage. Again quality control does not appear to exist in the manufacturing process of this product.

When I opened the box I looked at the pins inside and noticed they were bent. Tried installing wouldn’t work. Took it out tried to straighten pins for contact still nothing. Tried to return as defective to get a replacement but the way that they have it set up the only option charges you a restock fee. When contacted about the restock fee, they stated it was Amazon that was enforcing the restock fee. Not true !! Defective product and a restock fee not worth the time.

Bought a pair, as soon as they came in the mail, tried installing them and the driver side didn’t work. Returned them and ordered a new set, both worked perfectly when I installed them. Yesterday the passenger side stopped working and today the driver side stopped working. Horrible product, don’t waste your money nor your time.

Lasted me 3 years and 53,000 miles. The left one started flickering after 3 years so I decided to replace again. They are not as bright as the factor ones. I am a little bummed they didn't last longer... But for the price of these relative to the OEM ones, I decided to buy again...Fit is okay on 2012 C300 Sport.

Really easy to install. Fits well. But the one that I was replacing (2012 Mercedes-Benz C250, right, passenger side) didn't work. Upon checking the same outlet for the second lamp (left) that one was working fine. I waited 3 weeks for these and I'm sad that one didn't work.

2 lights for under $40 that would have cost me over $200 each at the dealership. I had to replace my right one Bc it had a chip in it from a rock that caused to burn out. But the new one is much brighter than the original so I switch. Out both the close up has one new one old and the other photo has both new.I removed the old parts and reviewed with the new ones and they are the exact same down to every detail. Part number, the letters the build and everything is the same only difference is the old ones has a Mercedes benz manufacturing sticker not an engraving or anything just a sticker that essentially is priced at $180.00 some are skeptical about after market parts but these are great! Will purchase again if needed.

I ordered these lights and they arrived 2 days later. I waited for a warmer day to put them on and it was easy. The plug fit was tight and both connections made a click. I added some electrical tape at the connection for peace of mind. I had one light out and one light where the cover was broken but replaced both. I did compare the new and the old working light and the new one looked brighter and clearer like when I first bought the car. Also you could see the lights separately. the old light looked smokey and as a single unit. Together they look great on the car. 2013 C250

The lights were easy to install and worked perfectly for several weeks and then the right one stopped working. My husband took it apart and said the plug came unsoldered from the circuit board. He fixed it, and it’s still working today.

I was quoted in excess of $400 for replacement of a single DRL by the MB main dealer. The OEM part (one side) was quoted at nearly $300. I paid $35 for two here, so I was somewhat skeptical but figured it was a low-cost gamble. I am glad I gambled.The parts are identical to the OEM component (missing only a three-pointed star) and installation was simple - only a single Torx bit required, and this is found in most common toolkits. As an indication of how easy the swap is I timed the exercise; having figured out the only intricate step, the second light took less than 3 and a half minutes - including removal of the old unit, unpackaging the second, and completed installation. Learning the method by which the cable clip is removed was the only thing that prevented the entire operation taking less than ten minutes - I recommend you watch one of numerous YouTube videos on this. Hard to see where the $100+ of labor I was quoted came from - I'd love to see the "book time".
