This performs exactly as expected. It is the second one I have purchased. The first one was destroyed by a technician dropping a rotor on the screen. That one endured 4 years of daily use without issue. Highly recommend!

Apparently no one makes this tool anymore. I have ordered two separate times from two separate vendors and have not received the tool pictured. I'm not sure if atd did a update or if the listings are just wrong. I keep receiving 8660a which has different style heads that screw on instead of being one cast piece. It also has a large screen that seems to wobble on the rail making it very inaccurate. Almost every time I zero it, measure a rotor, and close it it is usually off by .010 or more. That can be the difference between a good rotor and a bad rotor. I guess you get what you pay for.

I thought this was had a hold button but its not, not smooth in sliding and a bit high reading results.Its all up to you ill buy again a branded name.
