Why Choose ATO Single Phase VFD?

Reduce energy consumption and energy costs

If your application does not need to run at full speed, you can reduce energy costs by using a ATO variable frequency drive vfd to control the motor, which is one of the advantages of a variable frequency drive. VFD allows you to match the speed of electric equipment to load requirements. Using ATO VFD drive can improve product quality and reduce production costs.

Increase production through stricter process control

By running the motor at the most efficient speed for your application, you can reduce the occurrence of errors, thereby increasing the level of production, and thus earning higher revenue for the company.

Extend equipment life and reduce maintenance

When the equipment is controlled by a ATO VFD to ensure the best motor application speed, the service life of the equipment will be longer and downtime will be reduced due to maintenance. Since the VFD can optimally control the frequency and voltage of the motor, the VFD will provide better protection for the motor from electric thermal overload, undervoltage, overvoltage and other problems.

Applications of ATO Variable Frequency Drive:

  • Air conditioner load
  • Crusher load
  • Large furnace calciner furnace load
  • Compressor load
  • Rolling mill load
  • Winding engine load
  • Revolving furnace load
  • Roller load

Note:

  1. The single phase motor should Not be adjusted to run based on a lower frequency than 80% of its rated frequency for along time, otherwise the motor may fail.
  2. ATO VFD Cannot be used as a power source, it Can only be directly connected to an induction motor to control the motor speed.
  3. Single phase VFD Cannot control the motor in reverse, if you want to reverse the motor, refer to the motor nameplate instructions for operation.

Shopping guide:

  • The rated current of the motor <the rated current of the vfd
  • The rated power of the motor<the rated power of the vfd

Good instructions on how to set basic parameters. Bad is they don't have live tech support after purchase, only email option, not great when in the field trying to finalize install. I would say if you have a decent amount of experience with vfd and you have a basic application, these drives can definitely save you or customer some money.

This vfd worked amazing on my delta 28-640. I need to red7ce the rpms the allow speed to buld up. This unit did the trick would purchase another one if I ever come to that situation again.

I like the design. Very programmable. Self protecting. Many motor control applications. I used it for single phase slow starting motors.
