I purchased this product back in 2015 after reading online reviews. Many reviewers had the regulator rated in the top ten regulators made. Many had it listed as number one on the list. The fit and finish on the regulator was excellent. The titanium is super light. This is very helpful when you travel. The airlines are really limiting the weight of your baggage. With over 120 dives on the regulator I can state that the regulator worked flawlessly. The T3 breaths just as easy at 120 feet as it does on the surface. The regulator comes with a three year service interval. That saves you money in the long run. My one issue was with the manufacturer’s support. I returned the fully functional regulator with its matching octopus to the manufacture for the three year service. They took forever to return the regulator combo back to me.When I tested the regulator upon its return from service, the octopus was broken. The octopus free flowed. This condition could not be stopped. I had to return the regulator setup back to the manufacture. They eventually fixed the octopus.I was very concerned that a service department could damage a fully functional life supporting octopus and return it damaged. When I read the current reviews, it seems that others are having issues.

After using the Atomic T3 Titanium Regulator on a recent dive trip, after a few days getting sick with a pulmonary infection the Dr pointed out to check the regulator if there is any corrosion it, So we took it to a local dive shop who took it apart and fount Some corrosion in first stage, Would not recommend.

I just received my Atomic T3 regulator today. I was so excited and really wanted it to be as fantastic as nearly all the Amazon reviewers have said. But before I hooked it up to a tank, I put it in my mouth and inhaled. I was shocked because the diaphragm did not fully stop air intake! Anyway, I hooked my T3 reg to a tank and started to breathe. It was great. But after I turned off the tank and relieved the pressure in my regulator, once again it did not stop air intake. Not much air intake, mind you, but even a little is too much. This is my fourth regulator since becoming certified in 1970. All three were great regulators. But this week I decided to splurge -- since I was reading so many great reviews about the T3 reg. But being able to inhale through the reg when the tank is closed is not reassuring! I have decided to return my T3 and my Atomic Ti2 octopus (which I also bought this week and which has the same issue!!!). Geez!! neither a regulator nor an octopus should let you inhale when the tank is not on -- and even when the reg and the octo are not even attached to the tank! I wrote this review because a recent purchaser of the Atomic Z3 (not a T3) reviewed his new regulator and described the same problem! I just feel potential buyers ought to know about this. I've had no prior experience with this manufacturer, and no axe to grind with them. I wish them well, but second stage regs and octos should not bleed air like this. Two Days Later: I really wanted this regulator and octopus to work. I tried detaching each and re-attaching each -- both very carefully, making sure the O-rings were properly seated. Unfortunately, the same problem continued. Interestingly, if I removed the Ti2 octopus from the rig, leaving only the regulator's own stage 2 unit, there was no air leakage! That gave me an idea. I then tried a different octopus on the T3 regulator and, once again, the T3 leaked air! So it isn't just a bad Ti2 octo -- because even with a different octo, the T3 leaked. Now, I know what you're wondering. Did the OTHER octo leak air? Answer: No. The other octo was fine, but the T3 still leaked air! Then I attached the Ti2 to my Scubapro MK25/S600 regulator. The Scubapro second stage worked properly, as usual, but the Ti2 leaked air! (No, I don't own stock in Scubapro.) This was all very disappointing. I hope your experience with the Atomic T3, and/or the Atomic Ti2, if you buy them -- or either one, is better than mine. I really wanted these devices to work well.

Fantastic. Simply put, one of the best regulators out there, see any number of reviews. Lightweight, compact, sturdy, and long-lasting.Minor downside: if you have a wireless transmitter, it makes the orientation pretty funky if you keep the second stage on the end-cap port.
