This is brutal. This is fun. It's a great way to train open hand gripping strength. Use your imagination to play with this thing and you can do so much more than simply hang from it. I love jumping for it, though sadly, I can't always hold on. Took it to my gym (not a climbing gym) and it humbled the body building crowd. Atomik shipped it promptly and it was very well protected. This is my favorite hold/finger board device.
