Ordered these for my Traxxas X Maxx 8s. I was happy when they arrived because that meant a 5 min fix and I could run it around a bit. Well it was a let down when I went to start assembly that i noticed the rear inner bearings that my X Maxx has won't fit. The outer ones fit with a bit of persuasion, but I would recommend going on ahead and getting a set of new bearings. The traxxas inner carrier bearings are a 20x32x7mm. These new carrier hubs drop that down to a 20x27x4mm bearing. The new carriers still use the 15x24x5mm outside bearings. I'm not sure yet on how much of a difference that is going make on bashing and jumping. So now to wait another 3 days for a decent set of bearings to arrive because there is no description on the bearing carrier to show the difference. Will update after installation if it's a good set up or if I will just toss these in a box as a emergency back up set.

This piece does not fit the 20x32x7 inner bearings that are now standard on the xmaxx.

It fits perfectly. This is only for traxxas xmaxx 8s. If your looking for something like this on your rc then you need to type in search bar for your rc.This is only for the xmaxx.

These fit well however the existing hub bearings DO NOT FIT. So you will need to buy a whole new bearing set up

Seemed like a good idea at the time; fix a week spot in the nearly indestructible Xmaxx. These hubs would be great, as they have not sheared off like so many plastic sets before them, however, they cause the rear wheels to toe-in quite badly, to the point that the slightest hit will pop the pins from the control arms. I'll just keep more spare plastic components handy from now on.
