Within a few hours of ordering (weekday hours), I received a call to confirm my order and verify if I needed a liftgate. Later in the week I received a call from Dayton Freight confirming my address and was able to verify need for liftgate. We agreed on a time range. Got a call from Dayton Freight delivery driver confirming details that morning. He unloaded it and we were then able to drag it over our flat gravel driveway and up to the garage doors.Advice for future orders: Base doesn't line up with typical forklift spread and you have to rely on the edge of the plywood hanging on one side. Adjustable width forks would address that. When you uncrate it, make sure you use a flat pry bar and twist it and don't try to leverage it on anything too deep. I marred the bottom right corner because I used a rounded pry bar. Breaking the base to free the wheels took some work. I would do it differently, just not for sure how. Last, instructions require you to remove a band that holds down the compressor and that was easy.
