The cable does work for the accelerator pedal on my 93 chevy s10 but the seal for the firewall was so thick that it almost couldn't be latched and I had to adjust the cable bracket on the throttle body to lower my idle since there is no adjustment on a TBI. But gave it 4 stars because it did work and I believe I got what I paid for.

Did not fit...called and double checked I had the right one for my model year. Several things about it are different than the original and it's not a correct replacement.
