great premium filter that fit my 2009 Ford F150 with the 5.4 l Triton motor with the 6R80 transmission , Unlike the other comments I have read my Pan actually has a spot that protrudes downward to accommodate the longer intake tube on the filter which helps with starvation and also keeping the sludge up off the bottom of the Pan going into the filter that way instead of floating around inside the Pan I found it to be a awesome filter for my application

Be extremely careful when ordering this filter for a Ford 6R80 or 6R60. The intake tube is much longer than the OEM and creates a fluid flow shortage. Almost lost my transmission because of it. The intake tube gets pressed into the oil pan when installed and starves the trans from fluid.
